The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Second floor, no elevator. The flat is composed by three bedroom, 2 private and 1 shared (so max. 4 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a restructured bathroom. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office.
